Pares advises on sale of Ceres & Llopis
Pares Advogados has advised Ceres Fininvest and Llopis Portugal on the sale of their operation in Portugal. The companies owned agriculture, almond plantations and equipment, and supplied the almond production units of the Llopis group, in Spain.
The team from Pares involved in this operation was led by António Juzarte Rolo (pictured left) and Lourenço Gouveia Fernandes (pictured right), respectively, partner in the corporate and M&A area and associate in the tax and corporate areas.
This operation also had the support of Leonor Monteiro (Associate in the Real Estate Law area), Maria Norton dos Reis (Coordinating Associate in the Tax area), Isabel Sousa Castro (associate in the labour law and social security area) and Ana Sofia Abreu and Teresa Catapirra (associates in the real estate law area).
