BVP Abogados incorporates Isabel Calero as new partner

BVP Abogados has incorporated Isabel Calero, former director of Mango, as new partner.

She has more than twenty years of experience in providing in-house legal advice to companies in multinational environments and in the real estate sector.

Isabel has spent most of her professional career in companies such as Nike or Mango, holding various positions such as head of the Legal Department, Director of Expansion and Business Development or CEO of the PUNTA NA Group (Family Office) until 2022 when she returned to the practice of law.

She holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, a Master in Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and a Master in Real Estate Sciences from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University (NTU) (UK) accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

He has also participated in a wide variety of transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate and real estate companies, leasing of all types of real estate assets (commercial premises, both on the High Street and in shopping centers, hotel establishments or logistics warehouses), negotiation and signing of development and construction contracts, contracts related to real estate development with architects, engineers and other technicians involved in the construction process, both in Spain and abroad, transferring and adapting international formulas to the Spanish market.
