Melo Alves appoints a new partner 

Melo Alves has appointed Jorge Chang (pictured) as a partner, who will be responsible for the Asian Desk. 

Jorge Chang, until now of counsel at Melo Alves, joins partners Carlos Melo Alves, Tiago Melo Alves, and Bruno Melo Alves. The new partner has a law degree in Portugal is originally from the People’s Republic of China and is the coordinator of Melo Alves’ Asian Desk. Jorge Chang has extensive experience in advising on immigration & nationality and property issues in Portugal and in accompanying Portuguese investors on the Asian continent.
