Sofia Egídio new general counsel at Indico Capital Partners

Sofia Egídio joins Indico Capital Partners’ team as general counsel. With more than 20 years of multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary experience, both in-house and in law firms, across the corporate practice, corporate investment and related legal matters, she comes from Fidelidade, where she was legal director of investment support.

Before joining Fidelidade, Sofia Egídio advised the Board of Directors of PME Investimentos and the Board of Directors of funds under its management. She previously worked at Linklaters and PLMJ in the corporate finance practice.
