Andersen advises on Acciona’s €100m investment in Sotogrande
Andersen has advised Inmobiliaria Zegrí in the sale to Acciona Inmobiliaria of 14 hectares of land in the municipality of San Roque, for the development of a resort with 115 rooms, and one hundred luxury residences facing the sea, with an investment of about 100 million euros, in the area of Los Alamos, in Torreguadiaro next to Sotogrande.
On March 30, 2023, the City Council of San Roque approved the Urbanization Project of Area 15-TG Los Alamos, promoted by Inmobiliaria Zegrí, which had the positive reports of the technical conditions established by the supplying companies and affected organizations. The project is expected to generate a high impact on job creation.
