Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas has opened a new office in Madrid. With almost 20 years of history, RAD is the first Peruvian full service firm with an office in Europe.

The purpose of opening a new office in Madrid is to accompany its clients in the development of their plans in Europe, and particularly in Spain, both for investments and second homes.

RAD has been very active in advising its clients outside Peru in Mergers and Acquisitions, in Private Client matters (international taxation, foreign visas and tax domiciliation, real estate) and in international litigation.

Hector Gadea, a RAD partner, specialized in Compliance, White-Collar Crime and Litigation practices, will head the Madrid office, which will also be staffed by a senior associate.
