Eversheds Sutherland advises OCTOPUS VENTURES in a financing round

Eversheds Sutherland Spain has advised OCTOPUS VENTURES, with a focus on small and medium-sized B2B software businesses, in a financing round for Harbiz (Dudy Solutions), a Spanish company incorporated in 2000. Headquartered in Madrid, Harbiz is an app tailored for fitness professionals, designed for use by personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, or yoga professionals, enabling them to manage their client relationships entirely online. The app is present in 35 countries and has more than 6,000 professionals in the fitness sector, advising and improving healthy habits for more than 120,000 clients.
