Lener incorporates Laura Torrubiano, co-founder of the consulting firm Èxit Law in Business

Lener has announced the signing of Laura Torrubiano as an associate lawyer in the corporate department, led by Mercantil partner, Enric Fort, in Barcelona.

Laura brings her experience in the retail and franchise sector, advising national and international groups for more than 20 years, as well as in leading the Secretariat of the Board of Directors of start-ups and companies focused on environmental sustainability.

Laura Torrubiano has a degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and has a master’s degree in Tax Law from Esade, and another master’s degree in Bankruptcy Law from UNED. Before joining Lener, Laura was a partner and co-founder of the consulting firm Èxit Law in Business for nine years, and also a legal Partner in Retail Tech (Strategy & Business Development Consulting in Retail & Foodservice).

With this new addition, Lener reinforces its commercial area in Barcelona, an office in which José María Arnedo has recently joined as a partner in the Litigation department.
