ICAM drafts the 1st Women Lawyers’ Communication Guide
The Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) has launched the preparation of the 1st ICAM Communication Guide for Women Lawyers. An initiative to promote the presence of women lawyers as experts and opinion leaders in the media.
This publication will include all types of professional profiles within the legal profession. Thus, it will include women lawyers on the legal aid system, partners of large, medium and small law firms, in-house lawyers, academics and public servants.
Those who meet the requirements and are interested in taking part in the project can submit their applications until today by means of a form distributed internally by the Madrid College through its professional sections. This pioneering project, unique for its specialisation, is part of the new strategy of the Madrid corporation in the field of Equality. It will be presented within the framework of the Summit that ICAM will hold at the Congress of Deputies on 7 and 8 March. The presentation will coincide with International Women’s Day, which is celebrated on 8 March.
