Garrido incorporates José Luis Goñi Sein to its advisory board

Garrido has incorporated José Luis Goñi, Professor of Labour and Social Security Law at the Public University of Navarra, to its advisory board to support the Labour Area of the firm with his knowledge and experience.

José Luis Goñi

D. in Law, José Luis Goñi is Professor of Labour and Social Security Law at the Public University of Navarra.

Throughout his professional career, which now spans more than 40 years, he has combined his academic work with advisory and arbitration functions before various public bodies. He was counsel to the Constitutional Court and is currently counsel to the Council of Navarre. As well as an arbitrator for the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA Foundation) and is currently an arbitrator for the Labor Court of Navarra.

He received the Medal of the Constitutional Court and the Professional Gold Badge of the Official Association of Social Graduates of Navarra.

Dissemination work

He is a member of the editorial boards of several scientific labor law journals, and has numerous publications on dismissal, privacy, data protection, codes of conduct, whistleblowing and artificial intelligence, or occupational health and safety, among other issues of labor interest. His current research work is focused on new technologies and workers’ fundamental rights.
