Baker McKenzie and Linklaters advise on the €95m loan to refinance five Greenalia wind farms
Baker McKenzie and Linklaters have advised on the signing of two 95 million loans with Incus Capital to refinance five wind farms of the company Greenalia.
Greenalia, a producer of energy exclusively with renewable technologies, has refinanced the financial indebtedness of Greenalia Biomass Power Curtis-Teixeiro, owner of a 49.9 MW biomass plant located in Curtis (A Coruña) fed with forest residues, and Greenalia Wind Power Eolo Senior Moc, which owns a portfolio of five wind farms located in Ourol (Lugo) and Malpica de Bergantiños and Vimianzo (A Coruña) with a total installed capacity of 74.22 MW.
The Baker McKenzie team has advised the Greenalia group with a team formed by Rossanna D’Onza, Paloma Moreno de la Santa and Lorenzo Cañás (Banking & Finance) and Jaime Martínez-Íñiguez (Tax).
Linklaters has advised Incus Capital with a team formed by banking team: Juan Barona, Javier Hernández, Aurora Minguez and Patricia Rovira. Public team: Rocío Beotas, Paula Leoz and Alejandra Arriba.
