Allen & Overy has advised on Caixabank’s tender offer for the repurchase of existing AT1 securities and the issuance of new AT1 securities

Allen & Overy has advised the dealer managers and the joint lead managers on the tender offer by CaixaBank of preferred securities contingently convertible into shares (AT1) for an amount of €605m and the issue of new €750m AT1 securities (AT1).

The team involved has been Charles Poole-Warren (partner), Salvador N. Ruiz Bachs (partner), Alvaro Rojo Santos (senior associate), Lázaro García Domínguez (associate) and Sergio Ferrer-Bonsoms Castán (associate).
