IBA Capital buys Madrid’s Family Courts for €60m: advisors

Pérez-Llorca has advised Zambal Socimi (IBA Capital’s socimi) on the acquisition of an office building at number 10 Francisco Gervás street in Madrid for close to €60 million.

The building is located next to Paseo de la Castellan and has a surface area of 7,954 square meters, distributed over 14 floors above ground and three basements, including 168 parking spaces. The building is currently leased to the Consejería de Justicia e Interior de la Comunidad de Madrid, where the Family Courts are located.

The team has been formed by José Azqueta (partner), Yi Zhou (associate) and Marc Chevalier (lawyer).
