Lener incorporates José María Arnedo as partner

Lener reinforces its Barcelona office with the incorporation of José María Arnedo, from Toda & Nel-lo, as partner of the firm’s litigation team.

José María Arnedo del Pozo, until now partner of Litigation and Real Estate at Toda & Nel-lo, has a professional career of more than 25 years, the last 15 as partner of the Litigation, Real Estate and Arbitration department, acting also as Arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of Barcelona.

He has experience in a wide variety of proceedings before the civil and commercial jurisdiction, with special expertise in the areas of Real Estate, Leasehold, Horizontal Property and Construction Law.

This incorporation reflects the commitment of Lener to promote its Barcelona office, led by Enric Fort, partner of the Commercial Department, as one of its most important offices and in compliance with the growth plan set by the firm.
