Pérez-Llorca advises on the sale of Docout

Pérez-Llorca has advised the EMC-B fund in the sale of its technology consulting firm Docout to Vallis Capital Partners.

EMC-B is managed by the consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal and has agreed the sale of the consulting firm Docout, leader in the document management and business process outsourcing sector, to the Portuguese fund Vallis Capital Partners.

Docout has an annual turnover of around 20 million euros, while Vallis Capital Partners, founded in 2010, is a Portuguese venture capital fund with assets of more than 200 million euros.

The team was formed by Julio Parrilla, partner, José Ramón Vizcaíno, partner, Nuria García, lawyer, Enrique Delgado, lawyer and Gabriela Ruíz-Gallardón, lawyer.
