Ontier advises on the implementation of a joint venture between Colep Packaging and Grupo Envases

Ontier has advised the Portuguese company Colep Packaging, a RAR Group company and one of the most important players in the aerosol European market and the Iberian leader in general line packaging, on the execution of a joint venture with the Envases Group, a leading packaging company in Latin America, for the construction of an aerosol packaging plant in Mexico.

ONTIER’s cross border team was led by the partner of the Mexican office Miguel Ishi and the senior associates Mariana Reyes Murguía and Daniel González Delgado and the junior associate Mercedes Olimpia Cazares, from the Mexico office, and with the assistance of the senior associate Francisco de Almeida Viegas and Marta Sánchez Urgelles, from the corporate and M&A department of the Madrid office.
