KWM advises on the sale of a 5,000 sqm building in the district of Fuencarral – El Pardo
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised Generali Real Estate in the sale of a 5,000 sqm building in Orduña street in Madrid, in the district of Fuencarral – El Pardo, very close to La Paz and Ramón y Cajal hospitals.
The buyer, Stoneshield, reinforces with this acquisition its position in this area of the capital, known as the new science city of Madrid, where different projects of student residences and corporate buildings for life sciences and biotechnology companies are being developed.
The KWM team involved in this transaction has been led by José Antonio Calleja and Pilar Lorenzo, partner and senior associate, respectively, of the real estate law department of the firm.
