EDJ XTech Law School, educational platform specialized in law and technology, strengthens its management team with the incorporation of Lara Novis as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Lara Novis
With more than 15 years of experience, Lara is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2008 and has practiced in the public and private sector as a legal advisor in transportation in a law firm as well as Captain Auditor of the Military Legal Corps. Her training includes a Master in Maritime Law and Business at ICADE (2008), an official Master in Military Law from UCAM (2017) and a Legal Diploma of Specialization from the Ministry of Defense (2021), standing out with a dissertation on “The security implications of autonomous vessels”.
Lara Novis has shared her knowledge through teaching, being a teacher of opponents to the Military Legal Corps since 2016 and teaching the subject of Law at the School of Quartermaster of the Navy between 2018 and 2021. In 2022, she was the dissertation tutor for the Master’s Degree in Military Law at the EMEJ-University of Alcalá, supervising the research entitled “La legítima defensa en caso de ciberataque” (Self-defense in case of cyber-attack).
