Ontier advises on the acquisition of of a majority stake in AVK
Ontier has advised on matters related to Spanish Law in connection with the acquisition by Crest Capital Partners and HCapital Partners, Portuguese private equity firms, of a majority stake in the Portuguese company AVK – Soluções Audiovisuais, the audiovisual services provider in Portugal for international congresses and corporate events, which operates in Spain through the company Global Setup.
The team was led by the partner Jorge Perujo and the senior associate Francisco de Almeida Viegas, along with the junior associate Blanca Fontan Ansorena, all from the corporate M&A department, and with the assistance of Natalia Callejo Pla and Clara González-Páramo Echevarría, partner and associate from the real estate department, Luis Sánchez Quiñones, senior associate from the labor department, Irene Ortega de Mingo, associate from the regulatory department and Óscar Jacobo Bacelo, associate from the IP&IT department.
