KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of Acrylicos Vallejo

KPMG Abogados has advised ProA Capital on tax, legal/regulatory and labor due diligence in the context of the acquisition of a majority stake in Acrylicos Vallejo for 50 million euros.

Acrylicos Vallejo was founded in 1965 and is currently based in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona). It specializes in the manufacture and distribution of all types of paints and materials for model making, fine arts and decorative arts.
