Matilde Cortez Pinto & Natacha Branco join Telles

With more than 15 years of experience, Matilde Cortez Pinto has joined the litigation and arbitration team, led by partner André Navarro de Noronha. The new senior associate at Telles is recognised for her expertise in civil litigation, family and succession law, alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy and corporate recovery, real estate and insurance law.

Natacha Branco has joined the finance and capital markets department, headed by partner Márcio Carreira Nobre. She is also part of the private Equity and venture capital area, led by partner Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz. The associate, who joined Telles from the CMVM – Portuguese Securities Market Commission, has developed her practice advising on financial law, in its regulatory and transactional aspects, with experience in financial litigation. Her experience includes providing legal advice to different types of funds, including credit recovery funds, venture capital funds and funds, venture capital funds and their management entities, and credit institutions.
