GA_P hires Filipa Cotta as new Litigation & Restructuring partner

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has incorporated Filipa Cotta as the new partner responsible for the litigation, restructuring and insolvency area of the Lisbon office.

Filipa, who will join the firm at the beginning of 2024, has been responsible for restructuring and insolvency at VdA since 2020, and previously developed her professional career at PLMJ where she was a litigation partner. She has more than 20 years of experience advising on some of the most relevant litigation, restructuring and insolvency proceedings that have occurred in recent years in Portugal.
