Andersen advises on the acquisition of Jumbonline
Andersen has advised Tek Travels DMCC, a subsidiary of TBO Group, on the acquisition of 100% of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services.
The transaction involves the acquisition of the online B2B business of Jumbo Tours España following a spin-off process in favor of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services.
Manuel Romero Cabello de Alba, counsel of the M&A department of Andersen, together with Santiago López Villa and Paula Pomposo, associate and lawyer, respectively, of the same department, have been responsible for the advice.
