GA_P advises on the restructuring of Grupo Celsa
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo have acted as lead legal to the ad-hoc creditor group in the successful restructuring of Grupo Celsa.
The team has advised creditors in the design, judicial approval and implementation of the first non-consensual restructuring plan in Spain, which sets a unique precedent in the Spanish restructuring market.
