BDO Abogados advises Corestate on several sales
BDO Abogados has advised Corestate in the sale of a company that owns a student residence located in Salamanca, and of a plot of land in Madrid to Fliv San Sebastián de los Reyes and of two plots of land to Ares Proyecto Alpha.
- Selling the company owner of a student housing located in Salamanca to Student Property Income (a Spanish SPV owned by Stoneshield Holding), with 272 rooms and 74 parking spaces. Before the sale, the student housing was operated by Urban Micro Estate Spain.
- Selling a plot of land in Madrid to Fliv San Sebastián de los Reyes (a JV between Dazia Capital and Aermont Capital). The plot of land had the required licenses and permits to develop and operate a flex living building with 256 rooms and two garage floors, with an aggregate of 150 parking spaces.
- Selling two plots of land, one in Valencia and one in Pamplona, to Ares Proyecto Alpha, each plot of land had the required licenses and permits to develop and operate a student housing.
