PwC Tax & Legal advises on the acquisition of Team 4 Collection and Consulting
PwC Tax & Legal has acted as legal advisor to DoValue Spain Servicing on the acquisition of Team 4 Collection and Consulting, a company belonging to the Bertelsmann Group and specialized in unsecured loan management and provision of debt collection services.
The integration accelerates doValue Spain’s strategy to expand its capabilities in the management of unsecured loans, a fast-growing market segment in the region and in Europe, and is consistent with its strategy to grow its business through greater diversification and a broader client base. The acquisition is neutral in terms of doValue’s net leverage and net financial position.
Team4 reported €3.5 million of net revenues in 2022, with €2.5 billion of assets under management (GBV), and is expected to reach €4.2 million of net revenues in the current year.
