Fremman Capital acquires HT Médica: advisors
Fremman Capital has acquired a majority stake in HT Médica, a Spanish leader in radiology and diagnostic imaging services, in partnership with the Luna family.

HT Médica is one of the leading operators in Spain in the provision of radiology and diagnostic imaging services. The company has 20 diagnostic imaging centers and 2 laboratory centers in Andalusia, Castilla La Mancha, Asturias and Madrid. Its portfolio of services includes magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, ultrasound, X-ray and laboratory services. HT Médica has an excellent reputation for quality and a strong track record of clinical leadership.
This is Fremman’s sixth platform investment, and was signed just months after announcing the final closing of its debut fund, which raised over €600 million, and its first platform exit (Palex Medical). Since its inception, the company has completed five platform investments: Bollo Natural Fruit (Spain), VPS (Netherlands), Medinet (UK), Palex Medical (Spain) and Kids Planet (UK) and more than 50 follow-on investments.
Legal advisors
Deloitte (Finance, Legal, Tax and Labor) and Pérez-Llorca (Legal) have advised the buyer (Fremman Capital), while GA_P (Legal, Tax and Labor) has acted as advisor to the sellers (Familia Luna) in the transaction.
