GA_P advises Winning on sale to Alan Allman

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Winning on its sale. The company has been acquired by Alan Allman Associates, an entity listed on the French stock exchange that is part of an ecosystem of consultancy companies, specialised in digital strategy and business intelligence, with a presence in France, Canada, Belgium and Singapore. The team from Portugal involved in this operation was made up of Mafalda Barreto (pictured left) managing partner for Portugal and partner from the corporate and M&A area, together with Leonor Rocha (pictured right), associate.

With this acquisition, Alan Allman reinforces its positioning in Europe, particularly in the Iberian Peninsula, and will now be able to provide its customers with additional services in areas of great specialisation.

Winning is a Portuguese management consultancy, founded in 2012, which employs 250 consultants in Portugal (Lisbon, Porto and Aveiro) and Spain (Madrid Barcelona and Málaga).
