Ontier with Cycle Platform in a €500,000 investment round
Ontier has advised Cycle Platform, a fashion e-commerce startup based in Asturias born in 2022, in the closing of a €500,000 pre-seed investment round. The round was led by a Family Office based in London, the investment platform Startupxplore, the technological company Galeo Tech, and ENISA.
Cycle Platform, winner of the Asturias Investor’s Day 2022 and Caixa Emprende XXI Awards in 2023, aims to reorganize the fashion industry in order to achieve true circularity and sustainability, trying to face the issue of textile waste. Cycle Platform’s activity consists in the implementation of a new e-commerce model supported by a specific tech platform that allows the unitary identification of all items, granting full compliance of the European regulations.
In this round, Ontier led the negotiation of the various private shareholders and investors agreements and prepared the corporate documentation related to the new investors.
