Cuatrecasas advises on the acquisition of Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío
Cuatrecasas has advised CVS Group, which belongs to Ufenau Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío
Proteknia Fire and Ebrofrío are two companies with a long track record in the technical installations and maintenance sector. Proteknia Fire provides its services nationwide with more than 70 professionals in eight branches. For its part, Ebrofrío has over 30 years of national and international experience in creating innovative technical solutions in commercial refrigeration, industrial and air conditioning.
After the closing of both acquisitions, CVS Group reaches combined sales of 40 million euros and consolidates with a staff of 200 employees, which places it among the industry leaders in its segments.
The legal team was led by Kai Christian Fischer, Cuatrecasas’ corporate partner and director of the German Desk, together with lawyers Álvaro López de Ceballos, Jordi Vergoni, Jaime Sepúlveda and Francisco Sánchez.
