Eversheds Sutherland Madrid has advised DAF Trucks in the CNMC investigation initiated in 2021
The CNMC investigation, which began in 2021, to the multinational DAF Trucks NV, has ended with the closure of the proceedings due to the absence of evidence of infringement.
The competition team has been led by partner Crisanto Perez-Abad of Eversheds Sutherland Spain together with lawyer María Rodriguez.
