Eversheds Sutherland FCB confirms three new partners
Eversheds Sutherland FCB have announced the promotion of (pictured from left to right) Ricardo Couto, Fábio Loureiro and João Rocha de Almeida to the partnership.
Ricardo Couto, who joined Eversheds Sutherland FCB in 2021 to coordinate the Banking Law and Capital Markets department, has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, developing his practice essentially in the areas of capital markets, banking investment and retail, having extensive experience in advising on credit operations for companies, financial institutions and investment funds.
Fábio Loureiro has worked with the Litigation and Arbitration department since January 2014, in the areas of civil and commercial law, dedicating himself particularly to topics related to civil liability and national and transnational contractual disputes. He is also involved in coordinating the LEXplain podcast and co-coordinating the Eversheds Sutherland FCB team dedicated to ESG-related matters.
João Rocha de Almeida has been a member of Eversheds Sutherland FCB since 2014, being part of the department of Public, Administrative and Environmental Law and dedicated to monitoring arbitration and judicial disputes related to the construction area and also providing advice regarding regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience in monitoring projects in the Energy and Natural Resources practice area.
