Arcano Partners sells a 6.7 hectare plot of land to Iridium (Grupo ACS): advisors

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Arcano Partners on the sale of a 6.7 hectare plot of land in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) to build and manage a 50 MW facility to ACS

The facility will have 50 MW of power supply. The works are expected to take five years to complete, although it is expected that the first phase of operations could begin in 2025. The ACS Group is also preparing to operate it.

Iridium is the concession arm of ACS and has a total of 48 assets, including freeways, railroads and social facilities. Its invested capital exceeds 2,000 million euros.

The real estate team participated in this transaction, led by our partner, Rafael Arraez Amselem, together with Ignacio Fraile Medina (legal director), Verónica Hinojosa (legal director) and Andrea Calavia Mendiola (lawyer).
