Andersen and Cuatrecasas advise on Cunext’s registration of a €50m promissory note program in the MARF
Andersen and Cuatrecasas have advised Cunext in the registration of a new promissory note program in the MARF for 50 million euros. Andersen has acted as registered advisor and Cuatrecasas as legal advisor.

Andersen has participated as registered advisor in the MARF, Cuatrecasas as legal advisor, Banco Santander will be the coordinating entity, and together with Banco Sabadell, Bestinver and Banca March, the underwriters, in the promissory notes program of the company Corporación Cunext Industries, for an outstanding balance of 50 million euros.
Grupo Cunext is a business group founded in 1917, specialized in the transformation of copper and aluminum to obtain different semi-finished products, such as conductors and wires or multi-wires, or customized products: distribution lines, grounding, transformers, motor coils, magnetic circuits or compressors, mainly for the energy, automotive, enameling, railway and distribution industries. It currently has production plants in Spain and abroad, and supplies its products to more than 30 countries. The promissory note program replaces the promissory note program registered last year.
The Andersen team has been formed by Joaquín Alegre, director of Andersen’s banking and finance practice, with the collaboration of associates Javier Tejedor and Gonzalo Solano.
The Cuatrecasas team was formed by Jose Ramón Berecibar, partner and Santiago Bayo, senior associate.
