Evergreen Legal advises Tresmares Capital on its entry into Rioja Nature Pharma

Evergreen Legal has advised Tresmares Capital, an investment platform in Spain, on its entry into Rioja Nature Pharma, a manufacturer of food supplements

Tresmares Capital has become a shareholder of Rioja Nature Pharma, since 2008, has focused its efforts on making the firm a benchmark in its sector.

This union comes at a strategic moment for the company, which is currently moving to its new headquarters in Arnedo. In these new facilities, a major investment has been made in R&D&I, with the aim of creating one of the most advanced food supplement laboratories in Europe.

Ignacio Freire, Luis Vegas and Marina Roji have been in charge of working on this operation, managing everything related to the direct investment in the company’s capital.
