Ceca Magán advised on the acquisition of Keifi by Izertis to expand its presence in the financial sector

Izertis has announced the incorporation of Keifi, a company specialized in technological services for the financial sector. This agreement allows the BME Growth listed company to multiply its operational and commercial capacity in a market with a high demand for innovative solutions with high added value.

Its integration brings more than 110 employees, distributed among its offices in Spain, the United States and Colombia, and they have a long experience in digital transformation, big data, cloud, UX/UI, mobility, or native applications, and in the development and implementation of innovation solutions within the financial field.

With this move, Izertis continues to strengthen its growth in line with the route set out in its 2027 plan, which aims to reach 250 million in revenues with a normalized ebitda of 33 million.

The law firm has advised Keifi with a team of the corporate area formed by specialist lawyers José María Pastrana, Esther Pérez and Ignacio Méndez.
