Pavia e Ansaldo advises in Tulotero’s entry into the Italian market

Pavia e Ansaldo has assisted Tulotero Italia on the acquisition of a license for the management of online gaming in Italy, belonging to Sisal Italia, a leading company in the Italian lottery market.

Sisal, an international operators in the regulated gaming sector and currently operates in Italy, Morocco and Turkey, with an offer that includes lotteries, betting, online games and gaming machines. The company operates internationally in the retail sector through a network of more than 47,000 points of sale, and in the online channel with 1.8 million consumers.

Tulotero App, shareholder of the Italian subsidiary, is already a leader in Spain and aspires to become a world leader in the management of online games and lotteries. It has developed an innovative and secure system that offers the best service to its clients, guaranteeing the international standards in security, banking transactions and data protection.

In addition, it wants to dynamize the online gaming and lottery market and help operators to offer more facilities and advantages to consumers, adapting to the needs of the 21st century and to the regulations in each country where it operates. The company currently operates in Spain, Mexico and the United States.
