DLA Piper and PwC Tax and Legal have advised LabAnalysis on the acquisition of a majority stake in Bionos Biotech.

LabAnalysis, one of Italy’s leading players in the field of chemical-physical analysis and consulting services for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and environmental industries, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bionos Biotech, Spain-based company specializing in the design and development of efficacy testing for the cosmetic, food and nutraceutical sectors.

DLA Piper assisted LabAnalysis with a multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdictional team composed, for Italy, by partner Danilo Surdi, counsel Matteo Licini and attorney Carlos Rosquet Martinez for legal and contractual aspects, and, for Spain, by partner Enrique Chamorro and attorneys Héctor Gómez Ferrero and Carlos Fuerte Jimenez for Spanish law profiles.

PwC Tax and Legal has advised Bionos Biotech, with a team composed of Paloma del Moral (senior manager) and Inés Sánchez (senior associate).
