FYR Legal wins the Bank of Spain’s tender to provide support for the resolution of user queries
FYR Legal, a company specialized in the outsourcing of legal services, has been awarded the tender called by the Bank of Spain (BDE) to manage the queries made by users of banking services to this body in matters of transparency, protection of banking customers and cash.
The main objective of this service is to contribute to disseminate among citizens the criteria of transparency and protection of banking customers, as well as the legal channels for exercising their rights, helping to ensure that the relationship between users and supervised financial institutions is based on good banking practices. Six companies participated in the tender, including leading multinational consulting and technology companies that provide legal support services for banking and Fintech companies.
In its evaluation report on the criteria for issuing its resolution, the Bank of Spain rated as “excellent” -granting the highest score- the methodology and organization of the service proposed by FYR Legal in order to meet the high quality standards foreseen for the demanding volume of telephone and written queries. Likewise, the entity values the extensive experience of the team assigned to the service.
