SRS advises ActiveCap on investment in Cristalmax

SRS Legal has advised ActiveCap Capital Partners on their investment in Cristalmax. The team at SRS was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner, Private Equity & Venture Capital) and included Miguel Pereira Bonifácio (Senior Associate) as well as a multidisciplinary team of lawyers in the legal due diligence on Cristalmax and drafting and negotiation of the investment agreements.

The investment by ActiveCap I – Portugal Growth Fund involved the acquisition of a shareholding by capitalisation of Cristalmax with a view to supporting the development, innovation and growth project of Cristalmax.
