Pinsent Masons advises on the acquisition of SysAdm
Pinsent Masons has advised The Aire Group on its acquisition of professional cloud solutions company SysAdminOK, which represents for the owner of telecommunications firm Aire Networks “a significant step” in consolidating its position in the managed services and cybersecurity market, as well as strengthening its cloud portfolio.
This strategic addition gives Grupo Aire the ability to offer more complete and customized managed services and cybersecurity solutions to its customers in Spain and Portugal. These types of services, now reinforced by SysAdminOK’s expertise, are essential for companies looking to maximize the efficiency of their cloud operations and ensure the security of their systems.
The deal was backed by Ardian Buyout and represents the seventh integration in less than four years after Unelink and Prored (2019), LCRcom (2020), Ar Telecom (2021), Stackscale (2022) and Teradisk in 2023.
The team was led by Francisco Aldavero Bernalte (partner) with Irene Rodríguez Sanz (associate) and Juan Yago Hernández-Canut Cano (associate). The labour team also participated with Samuel González (partner) and Beatriz Moriones (associate); and in tax Gonzalo Gil (partner) and Isabel Elena Wimmer (associate).
