Dentons offices in Madrid and Dublin and Pinsent Masons offices from UK, Dublin and Madrid have advised on the €45m sale of Sacyr’s subsidiary´s stake in N6 road in Ireland to Bestinver

Dentons has advised Sacyr Concessions Limited, a subsidiary of Sacyr, and Pinsent Masons has advised Bestinver.

The transaction, which was announced in May, had a total consideration of 45 million euros, including debt, and closed this month of September after all conditions precedent were satisfied. This transaction is a good example of the capabilities of our teams in multijurisdictional M&A deals with a focus on infrastructure.

Dentons teams were led by Jesús Durán, M&A and corporate partner from the Madrid office, together with Jorge Carmona and Eugenia Hernández-Antolín, counsel and associate, respectively, of the M&A and corporate team in Madrid. The Irish aspects of the transaction were led by Ciaran O’Boyle, M&A and corporate partner from the Dublin office, together with corporate associates Sean Burke and Teodora Puiu.
