Pavia and Ansaldo advise on Buencoco’s arrival in Spain
Pavia e Ansaldo has advised Italian online psychology startup Unobravo enter Spain under the name Buencocó.
Unobravo had already been assisted in Italy by Pavia and Ansaldo ESG director Milena Prisco and associate Arianna Cortese, who has been working in the firm’s Milan office since Prisco joined as legal counsel in March last year.
The Pavia and Ansaldo team advised Unobravo on all aspects of its entry into Spain, including the establishment of the local branch, data protection, hiring and taxes.
The team has been formed by Barcelona office partner Meritxell Roca Ortega and associate Javier Vicente.
