Linklaters advises on the issuance of €750m in senior non preferred notes by Banco Sabadell

Linklaters has advised Banco Sabadell on a tender offer in respect of an issuance of senior non preferred notes issued by it in 2019, as well as on a new issuance of €750m senior non preferred notes due 2029.

Banco Sabadell has placed an issue of 750 million euros in senior non-preferred bonds with a six-year maturity, although with the possibility of early redemption after five years.

This issue was announced together with the repurchase of a senior non-preferred debt issue of 1,000 million euros, which was scheduled to be redeemed in May 2024.
