Pinsent Masons advises on the financing round of Idoven 1903

Pinsent Masons has advised client Idoven 1903 on the closing of a financing round in which some of its current shareholders (business angels and VC investors) have participated.

Idoven 1903 is a Spanish start-up that seeks to detect heart problems at early stages to prevent cardiac diseases, myocardial infarction and, sudden death; by redefining the way cardiac arrhythmias are diagnosed by combining artificial intelligence algorithms in the cloud with wearable technology)

The deal involved the subscription of share purchase agreements (secondary investment) and the subscription of a share capital increase executed by Idoven 1903 (primary Investment).
