RocaJunyent advises on the acquisition of Ayesa’s aeronautics subsidiary
RocaJunyent has advised the French group Alten Europe, a leading engineering and consulting firm with 55,000 employees, in the acquisition of 100% of Ayesa Air Control Ingeniería Aeronáutica, a joint venture between Ayesa Inversiones and Sevilla Control, which aims to become a reference firm in the aerospace engineering segment.
With this acquisition, the Alten Europe group strengthens its presence in Spain and completes its position in the aeronautical, defense and space industries.
The operation has been led by partner Alex Llevat and senior associate Aina Teixidó.
