Pinsent Masons has advised RJ Eurodevelopment, subsidiary of the listed Japanese company Renewable Japan Co Ltd, on the acquisition of the company Kinanos Solar, which owns two photovoltaic plants under operation named “Kinanos” with an aggregate capacity of 5,475 MWp in the province of Murcia (Spain).
