WFW advises Bankinter on the financing of a photovoltaic plant
The international law firm Watson Farley & Williams has advised Bankinter on the financing granted to Reden Solar for the construction, commissioning and operation of a 34 MWp photovoltaic project located in the province of Aragon.
Founded in France in 2008, Reden is a leading independent producer of photovoltaic renewable energy, focused on the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants on an international scale, with a presence in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Chile, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Reden owns and operates 1 GW of installed capacity and employs more than 180 people in its global network.
