Ramón y Cajal advises on the integration of La Pequeña Fábrica into t2ó group
Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised the co-founders of La Pequeña Fábrica in the integration of the company into the t2ó group, a group specialized in digital marketing and advertising at a global level.
With this operation, the firm seeks to expand its range of services and will be renamed LPF, and t2ó will become a much more competitive group in traditional media such as TV, radio or outdoor.
t2ó’s objective with this incorporation is to reach national and international brands, with multimedia advertising budgets and where marketing and advertising are decisive for their business objectives.
The transaction has been led by our commercial contracting partner Javier Beltrán Yturriaga.
