Ecija advises on a new Netflix series

Ecija has advised Par Producciones on the new Netflix series “The Last Hours of Mario Biondo” regarding the death in strange circumstances of Mario Biondo, husband of presenter Raquel Sánchez Silva. The production has a scheduled premiere date of August 3, 2023.

Ecija has advised on all issues related to audiovisual production (service contracts, production contracts, exploitation contracts, distribution contracts, etc.), and on matters related to the Right to Information and Freedom of Expression, particularly with regard to possible collisions with the rights to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image.
